Q: Is the festival handicapped accessible?

A: Powerized wheelchairs, regular wheelchairs, and handicapped scooters will be available, but supplies are limited. To reserve a scooter or wheelchair, call Bill at 440-995-1770. Handicapped parking is also available, but is likewise limited, so arrive early. See festival map for details.

Q: What are the times of the festival?


A:   Friday: 5:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm to 11:00pm
Sunday: Mass will be celebrated at 11:30am
The festival will open at 1:00pm Sunday and close at 10:00pm

Q: What time is a particular performer playing?

A: The full Entertainment Schedule will be posted here in early July. Check back for specific information.


Q: What charities benefit from the festival?

A: Proceeds from the festival go to multiple charities, including: The Holy Family Cancer Home, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The West Side Catholic Center, and The Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Q: How do I get to the Fairgrounds?

A: The Berea Fairgounds (a.k.a. The Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds) are located approximately 1 mile west of I-71 at the Bagley Road Interchange (Exit 235). Please see the Directions/Maps page for more details.



Q: Is there stuff for kids?

A: We have lots of activities for children, including arts and crafts, games, and inflatables. For detailed info click here.



Q: How much is parking?

A: Parking is FREE!



Q: Is there a discount available?

A: There is no Senior discount, but Children under 10 gain free admittance.



Q: What kind of food is available?
