The Leneghan Academy of Irish Dance
- The Leneghan Academy was founded in 1992 by Burke School alumna, Catherine Leneghan. Catherine trained under many prestigious instructors both at home and abroad, including Bob Masterson. Taking her Irish roots from Ballycroy,Tourmekeady and Islandeady Mayo she was steeped in Irish tradition early on. She is certified as a teacher (TCRG), adjudicator (ADCRG) and grade examiner (BG) of Irish dance and is fully accredited through Dublin Ireland and a menber of IDTAMA and IDTANA (regonal and national associations). This permits her students to compete worldwide.

The Brady Campbell Irish Dance School
- After eight years of touring with "Lord of the Dance", Pat Campbell founded a now highly esteemed dance school with his wife, and fellow "Lord of the Dance" alumna, Rebecca Brady-Campbell.

Burke has dedicated her life
to teaching Irish dance. Her years
as a teacher have been rewarding for
many reasons, not the least of which
has been overseeing the emergence
of her first world champion, Garrett
Coleman, who can now be found performing with Lord of the Dance.
